Humidifier FAQs
Clean your humidifier at least once a week if you are using it on a regular basis to prevent any bacterial or mold growth
Distilled water=purified water> boiled tap water>tap water
Dust is produced by impurities in the water. Please clean it with citric acid or detergent. Most importantly, please try using distilled or purified water. This will help a lot~
It is normal. The humidifier base is initially empty, but after installing the water tank, the water will flow from the water tank to the base and then the fan in the base will blow the mist out
We recommend not adding water directly to the base because the water line in the base is specifically designed for maximum output of mist. If the water line in the base is too high or too low , the mist will be reduced
Please add essential oil into the aroma tray for model H101/H102/H111/H111S/H112. And you can direclty add essential oil into the water tank for model H103
For humidifiers with replacable filters, replace it every 2-4 weeks, depending on hardness of water, or when the humidifier has not been run for an extended period of time

Two dashes mean the water tank is not properly placed. Please check if there is enough water and reinstall the water tank align by the align line. It should work well

H111/H111S
The humidifier uses up water based on the environmental temperature and humidity. If your environment is cold or dry, the humidifier will run out of water faster
1. Check to see if the humidifier is in Auto Mode/Humitidy Mode. Under those 2 mode settings, when the ambient humidity reaches the set humidity level, the mist amount will be reduced or even non-existent
2. Check if there is enough water in the base
3. Clean the atomizer and tank

Check if you adjust the mist or heating level after setting the desired humidity. The heating&mist buttons and the humidity button belong to 2 modes. If you click on the heating button after setting the humidity button, the humidifier exits the previous mode and automatically switch to a new mode. To make operation simple for the customers, so at a customized humidity, the humidifier has an AI-style humidity algorithm that can not be intervened
The sleep mode of H111 is divided into short press and long press. A short press can make it work in low and cold mist without heating sound; a long press will keep the original setting of the humidifier without light to ensure every customer has a good bedtime
